Introduction. In the article the features of multiethnic culture as a basis for teenagers’ socialization are revealed, the structural components of multiethnic culture are determined. Special attention is paid to the features of the process of multiethnic culture education within polylingual environment. The system of teenagers multiethnic culture development is based on the set of metodological approaches to teenagers’ interests progress in traditional national culture.
Materials and methods. The article considers, argues, and analyzes development of teenagers multiethnic culture education in the conditions of polylingual environment.
Results. The relevance of this research is to determine with arguments and to work out the system promoting good conditions for teenagers multiethnic culture development within polylingual environment.
Discussion. It is emphasized that multiethnic culture provides personal and social success by such criteria as tolerance, cross-
cultural communication, ethnic interest, mobility.
Conclusion. The conclusion is drawn that polylingual environment is a source of development of a polycultural person who is capable to regulate the process of polycultural and polyethnic interaction and interference, and of a favorable environment for communication of different polyethnoses representatives in their own education and development under the conditions of teaching and learning, and upbringing.
